Our guest speaker will be Julie Fischer, CMT, RTT
Yoga and stress reduction to help prevent illness. Julie will discuss the mind/body benefits of yoga, meditation and massage and how they can help in preventative healthcare and in assist in treatment, healing & recovery. We will do a short meditation and discuss specific ways to reduce fatigue and improve quality of sleep, physical vitality, and overall quality of life. Julie Fischer is co-founder of Live in Joy Yoga & Wellness in Audubon, and a Licensed Massage and Thai Massage Therapist, Energy Worker and 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher.
