Green Tea: This tea has an endless number of potentially beneficial qualities including everything from fat burn to the prevention of cancers like breast cancer, stomach cancer and pancreatic cancer. Its high concentration of antioxidants also helps to reduce stress and can even help to lower cholesterol levels. Some even report increased mental clarity after incorporating green tea as a regular part of their daily diet.
White Tea: Aside from being packed with antioxidants, White Tea also contains agents that help to counteract many of the things that cause us to prematurely age. Many women who enjoy White Tea in their diets experience younger looking more radiant skin. White Tea is also believed to help in promoting healthy teeth and gums by naturally fighting off plaque and killing off bacteria.
