Alana brings a calming, compassionate presence to everything she does. Guided by intuition and a deep passion for holistic wellness, she has built a career rooted in supporting others.
A certified Holistic Health Practitioner from the Transformational Arts College and a Reiki Practitioner II, Alana blends energy work with an integrative, heart-centered approach. Her academic foundation includes an Honours B.A. in Multimedia and Theatre/Film from McMaster University, reflecting her understanding of human expression, communication, and the mind-body connection.
Beyond her credentials, Alana’s commitment to care runs deep. Her volunteer work in the palliative care unit at Princess Margaret Hospital provided insight into emotional support, patience, and empathy, qualities that continue to shape her approach to client care.
"I believe life and well-being are deeply connected," says Alana. "My goal is to create a calm, respectful space where clients feel supported."
