What to Expect from Your Health Coaching Program

When was the last time you talked with someone about your health and received the personal attention you deserve?

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. Our Health Coaches create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. They have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, we coach our clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. No one diet works for everyone. We will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. We will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

During our health sessions, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how best to support you in achieving your goals.

As a client of our health coaching program, you will:

  • set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
  • work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  • understand and reduce your cravings
  • increase your energy levels
  • feel great in your body
  • learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them
  • improve your personal relationships
  • discover the confidence to create the life you want

Session information: Your first 50 minute session is $125.00. Your second 30 minute visit takes place one week after your initial visit, the cost is $75.00. Your 30 minute follow-up visits are monthly or as needed, the cost is $75.00.

These sessions include:

  • Bioimpedance measurements (fat-mass, intracellular water, body mass index, basal metabolic rate)
  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
  • my personal commitment to your health and success
  • e-mail support between visits
